Nella piena consapevolezza di essere in un sogno, abilmente modifichiamo il sogno stesso con la forza della coscienza. Come in un film siamo spettatori e protagonisti allo stesso tempo. E così pilotiamo ciò che accade nel mondo parallelo in cui ci immergiamo durante il sogno. Scena dopo scena in un puzzle di incastri coscienti, definiamo il nostro sogno. Come ci conforta, come ci appaga, come ci soddisfa, per andare oltre le paure e i traumi che ci tormentano da svegli e modificare la trama della nostra vita.
In the realm of lucid dreams, we are both the dreamer and the observer, fully aware of the illusionary nature of the world around us. The boundaries of reality blur as we navigate the landscape of our subconscious, able to shape and control the narrative, even as we drift between the realms of sleep and wakefulness. It is a space where desires and fears take form, where the mind creates and uncreates with ease, and where the laws of physics and logic bend to the will of our thoughts. In these dreams, the conscious self dances with the unconscious, merging into a seamless flow of intention and imagination.
